The Laboratories Building Project at the Arab American University was executed by Al-Maslah and Atlantic Contracting Companies in a joint venture. The project consists of a 16-story building. The scope of work included excavation works, reinforced concrete works, and stone works, in addition to complete finishing works for six floors. Finishing works comprised plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum works, electrical and mechanical systems, as well as carpentry and metal works.

The ground floor includes laboratories and lecture halls, while the first floor contains a cafeteria and a tennis hall. The second and third floors are designated for lecture halls, the fourth floor includes administrative offices, the fifth floor houses computer laboratories, and the sixth floor is allocated for lecture halls. Each floor of the building is equipped with sanitary facilities and an electrical room, in accordance with the approved technical and engineering requirements In addition, the scope of work included asphalt paving works around the building.
