Expansion of Ramallah Governmental Hospital

Al-Mosleh & Atlantic Contracting Company executed the Ramallah Governmental Hospital Expansion Project, which was implemented as an annex building attached to the existing hospital facility. The works were completed with high precision and meticulous workmanship, in full compliance with the approved technical requirements. The project consists of a ground floor and two upper floors, where the ground floor includes a pharmacy and storage areas for medical supplies, the first floor accommodates the Gynecology Department (patient rooms), and the second floor houses a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

The scope of work included excavation works and removal of debris to designated disposal sites, in addition to reinforced concrete works (structural stage). The finishing works also comprised the execution of all electromechanical systems, including water supply and drainage networks, fire-fighting systems, air-conditioning systems, fire alarm systems, lighting works, and low-voltage systems including surveillance (CCTV), along with tiling and epoxy flooring works, painting works, suspended ceilings, metal works, aluminum works, glass works, and carpentry works, all carried out in accordance with approved engineering and healthcare standards.

In addition, the project included external works, which comprised paving of external yards and the construction of a water tank with a capacity of 100 m³, ensuring that the facility meets its operational and service requirements.
