Faculty of Engineering and lab building -Stage 1 & 2

1. Project Overview
Al-Masah & Atlantic Contracting Company executed this project for the Arab American University – Jenin. The project consists of four floors. The ground floor includes laboratories, staff offices, and restrooms. The first floor also accommodates laboratories, classrooms, and restrooms, while the remaining floors comprise classrooms and restrooms.

2. Structural and Civil Works
The scope of work included the execution of structural works, such as excavation works and the removal and disposal of excavation debris to designated dumping sites, in addition to reinforced concrete works. All works were carried out in accordance with the approved engineering drawings.

3. Finishing and Electromechanical Works
The finishing works included the execution of all electromechanical systems, including water supply and drainage networks, fire-fighting systems, air-conditioning systems, fire alarm systems, lighting works, and low-voltage systems, including CCTV surveillance systems.
In addition, finishing works comprised tiling and epoxy flooring works, painting works, suspended ceilings, metal works, aluminum works, glass works, and carpentry works, all implemented in accordance with approved engineering specifications and standards.

4. External Works
The project also included external works, which comprised sidewalk paving, the installation of stone curbs, and paving of the external yards, ensuring functional and aesthetic requirements of the site.
