Fit out Works for Representative Office of Switzerland- Ramallah

The Representative Office of Switzerland- Ramallah  Project was executed by Al-Maslah and Atlantic Contracting Companies. The project consists of one floor located on Level 11, in addition to a storage area at Basement Level (B2). The scope of work included a comprehensive rehabilitation of the site, which involved removal and demolition works of existing floor finishes, internal glass partitions, and concrete walls, along with the proper disposal of demolition debris to designated locations in accordance with regulations.

Following the completion of demolition works, finishing works were carried out, including porcelain tile flooring, parquet flooring, and epoxy flooring, in addition to electrical works, mechanical systems, fire-fighting systems, acoustic insulation, suspended ceilings, wooden and glass doors, and fire-rated doors, as well as surveillance and CCTV systems. The project was executed in compliance with the highest standards of safety and security, and in accordance with the approved technical and engineering requirements.
