Ajawi Commercial Center

Al-Mosleh & Atlantic Contracting Company executed the Ajjawi Commercial Complex, one of the distinguished projects located in Jenin City. The complex consists of five commercial floors in addition to a roof floor, designed and constructed in accordance with modern engineering principles to accommodate a wide range of commercial activities.

The project also includes a rear building attached to the main commercial structure, designated for residential use. This building consists of four floors, where the ground floor is allocated for commercial storage areas, while the upper floors are dedicated to residential apartments, with two apartments on each floor.

In addition, the Ajjawi Complex includes one underground basement level extending beneath the entire commercial and residential buildings, providing efficient use of space and supporting the overall functionality of the project.

The scope of work comprised excavation works, soil removal, and disposal at approved sites, in addition to reinforced concrete works (structural stage). Finishing works included the execution of all electromechanical systems, such as water supply and drainage networks, fire-fighting systems, air-conditioning systems, fire alarm systems, lighting works, and low-voltage systems including surveillance systems, along with tiling works, epoxy flooring, painting works, suspended ceilings, metal works, aluminum works, glass works, carpentry works, and external stone cladding, all carried out in full compliance with approved engineering standards and specifications.
